HUMAN FIRST – persone prima di tutto.

Finalmente possiamo ufficializzare l’assunzione di 50 nuove persone con contratto a tempo indeterminato che entreranno da subito a far parte del team di Vignali Logistic Service Provider.

Ci teniamo a specificare che molte di queste figure lavoravano già in outsourcing nella nostra filiera aziendale, la decisione quindi é stata quella di premiare persone meritevoli che nel tempo ci hanno dimostrato costanza, professionalità e senso di appartenenza.

Le nuove assunzioni serviranno a potenziare il nostro servizio, già proiettato verso l’ottimizzazione dei tempi e la totale affidabilità nella gestione della conservazione e del trasporto del prodotto:

Le procedure di assunzione dei nuovi lavoratori sono state gestite in collaborazione con le tre sigle sindacali Cgil, Cisl e Uil, con il supporto della Consulente del Lavoro Annarita Gasperini dello Studio Gasperini Annarita di Cesena, con il sostegno legale dell’avvocato Stefania Salvini dello Studio Legale Zoli e con la preziosa collaborazione del responsabile delle risorse umane di FIAP Mirco Minardi.
